The given diagram illustrates the transformation from mine to diamonds which are used by retailers.
Overall, this process is a straightforward one which starts with mining the rough diamonds and goes through 10 steps before culminating to a final product as diamonds.
To begin with, the hard diamonds are mined from the ground before storing, which is divided into two different types, include low grade and high grade. Then, the low grade diamonds are transported to industrial factories prior to being cut and shaped to be greater in appearance. After that, these low grade diamonds undergo a chemical process to test for hardness, which was followed by setting the price and ready to be dispatched to the retailers. Regarding the high grade diamonds, they are belonging to cosmic uses. After which, they are prized by astronauts before being analysed by a computer for the best cut.
Moving onto the next stage, these best cut diamonds are cut by hand and by machine. When this is complete, they are polished and then given a rating. Finally, this process ends with sending retailers and is ready to be used by customers.
