Overall,it is evident that in most countries,the percentage unemployed rate in labour force went down than went up. However, Poland, Germany, Australia and Japan have big gaps.
In 1994, Poland 12,4% of the labour force grew in 6,6% by 2004. Germany has climbed in 2,4%. From 1994 to 2004 Australia has a slightly rose in 0.4%. And last country it is Japan has increased in 2.0% These four countries show the most higher percent of enemployed rate in labour force than other countries.
In contrast, other countries have lower percentages of workers without jobs compared to their labour force. For example, Ireland have dramatically dropped in 10,4%. Italy, Canada and The USA has a same declined percentage it is 3%. And The UK decreased to 4,8% in this five countries most of the people lost their jobs.
