D. International students have the highest weekly average living expenses and the lowest housing costs in almost every country.

A is the most expensive country in which to study, with an average weekly cost of $875. The next three categories are B, C, and D, with weekly costs of $735, $550, and $435, respectively. On average, foreign students pay the lowest amount for accommodation (220, 280, 240, and 200 per week).

However, with 430, 350, and 275 dollars, respectively, living expenses make up the largest share of the average weekly costs for international students in countries A, B, and C. With weekly averages of 358, 320, and 250 dollars, respectively, tuition fees in the same countries (A, B, and C) rank second. But only in D does education represent the greatest average spending area (USD 235), followed by housing (USD 200) and cost of living (USD 225).
