The table show data about the cost of minimum daily water required. It compares five countries in terms of their water requirements. Overall, it is clear that in the three middle-Eastern nations the percentage of average daily wage and daily cost of water is higher than the other two countries.
In the Tanizania the cost of water is the highest out of five countries, with 6.4 cents per person. It has also the highest cost as proportion of average wage per day, about 5.7% of daily wage. The second highest cost of water per person daily is in Uganda, with 4.2 cents. While, Pakistan is only the third in water usage, and among these three countries, the least proportion of its wage is spent on water, with only 1.1%.
The UK and the US daily cost of water is 1.3 cents and 0.85 cents respectively. While, in the US, the minimum proportion of wage goes into paying the cost of water, about 0.006% compared to 0.013% of the UK.
