1900ml per week is the amount of milk that people over 65 use, and the figure for 26-65 age group, and people under 25 are lower at around 1660ml, and 1200 respectively. Most people from 26-45, and over 65 consume less fat milk, with the figure being 80% and 70%, while in the youngest age group, over half of people drink full fat milk.
For consuming of butter, the data for people between 45 to 65, which is 60g, far exceeds that of under 45 years old individuals and the oldest age group, with respective figures being about 15g and 30g weekly. A similar trend of milk can be seen in the statistic for butter when people in 26 to 45 age group, and 65+ age group use more low fat than full fat. Meanwhile, the proportions are equal for 45 to 65 age group, and usage percentage of full fat for people under 25 20% higher than low fat.
