Overall, the production of daily oil in Nigeria and Congo maintained at the highest levels. While the production from Chad and Somalia was lower than in Nigeria and Congo.
Looking at 2000, daily production in Congo was the highest with 275,000 barrels per day then Nigeria was second position with 205,000 barrels per day. However, from 2000 to 2002, the oil containers in Nigeria and Congo dwindled from 205,000 and 275,000 barrels per day to 190,000 and 222,000 barrels per day. In 2003, the manufacture of oil in Nigeria was opposite Congo. After reducing in the period from 2000 to 2002, daily oil production in Nigeria escalated to 210,000 barrels per day in 2003, and this value continuously increased to 213,000 containers. With Congo, daily oil manufacture fastly decreased from 222,000 barrels per day in 2002 to 203,000 barrels per day in 2004.
Essential oil production in Chad and Somalia was extremely low. Chad could not produce the daily oil in three years from 2000 to 2002. In 2003, they produced 8,000 barrels per day. However, it still was the lowest of the four countries. Essential oil production in Somalia increased through 4 years, and they maintained growth from 5,000 containers per day in 2000 to 50,000 containers per day in 2004. It was equal to Chad in 2004.
