Looking from an overall perspective, California and Florida have almost the same number of people under 18 and average income per person, whereas Utah has the by far the most larger number of people aged under 18 and the less number of people aged under 60 and population below poverty line.
Utah has tiny number of population below poverty line, about 9 per cent, whereas California and Florida have about 16 and 12 per cent of people below poverty line. Moreover, Utah has the less number of average salaries per person, approximately 17,000 dollars, while California and Florida have almost the same number of average income per person, about 23,000 dollars.
Florida has the biggest number of people aged over 60, it about 23 per cent, while California has 13 per cent and Utah has only 8 per cent. Additionally, Utah has the biggest number of people under 18, it about 28 per cent, followed by California (17 per cent) and Florida (16 per cent).
