In general,it can be seen that the percentage of elderly people increased in all three countries.The highest percentage of older people was in Germany,while the UK had the lowest.
Between 1988 and 2000 the population of Canada and Germany increased by around to 20.67% and 25.32% respectively.The UK displayed little change in the percentage of its population who was 65 years old and over at just under 15% in both years.
By the 2030,the percentage of eldery people is waited to rise and over will increase at approximately 5.5% in all three countries.The proportion is predicted to reach 30.32% in Germany,26.35% in Canada and 20.35% in the UK.
