Overall, it is clear that most students indicated satisfaction with the university facilities. This is confirmed by the fact that the estimated number of dissatisfied reviews was the lowest figure.
In terms of very satisfied opinions, the study facility was highly rated by both undergraduate and postgraduate students, at 85%-90%, respectively. Similarly, social facility received positive feedback, with 75% and 65% satisfaction from students studying in different types of degree programs. Finally, Cafeteria reviews showed satisfaction at 50% by undergraduate and at 40% by postgraduate students.
In contrast, the number of ‘quite satisfied’ and disappointed reviews were relatively low in the data. With regard to ‘quite satisfied’ category, the highest proportion was in Cafeteria section among current students, while other facilities received 20%-25% from both group of students. Nevertheless, the cafeteria showed a reverse trend, with 15% of undergraduates and 35% of postgraduates expressing dissatisfaction. In addition, ,the dissatisfaction with social apparatus and study appliances was minimal, with only 5% and 7% of undergraduates, and 7% and 4% of postgraduates reporting negative opinions.
