In the realm of business, the male population significantly surpasses that of women, almost three times. In 2006, women notably surpassed men, achieving 43% compared to men’s 36%.

Nonetheless, there has been a rise in the number of men joining the government sector, while the participation of women has decreased. Over the past five years, there was a remarkable rise in the proportion of men entering the Others sector, climbing from 16% to 48%, which greatly surpasses that of women.
