The table compares data about the number of viewers who watched movies in four different countries in four genres, such as – action, romance, comedy, horror.
It is clear that Indian people were the highest among the four countries who enjoyed watching these four types of movies, whereas Japanese people watch the least movies.
In terms of India and Ireland, their most watched film type was Action, which was 8 million and 7.6 million, respectively. On the other hand, in the case of watching horror movies, Indian people were least interested. It was 2.5 million. By contrast, in Ireland a huge number of Irish people enjoyed watching horror films, which was 6.4.
For the remaining countries, the number of people who watched action movies in New Zealand and Japan was quite similar. It was 7.2 million and 7.1 million, respectively. Also, in these countries, people showed similar interest in watching romantic and comedy movies. Moreover, 2.2 million Japanese people viewed horror films and the number doubled in New Zealand, 4.7 million.
