The table illustrates data about the consumption of three various basic foods wheat, maize and rise by individuals in Cambodia, Poland, Egypt and Mexico.
In general, it can be seen that Egypt and Cambodia had the highest consumption of rice, wheat and maize, whereas the opposite was true for Poland and Mexico
More specifically, in terms of consumption at Egypt, wheat came top of the list, with an average of 1095 calories per person every day. Maize was the next widespread consumption with 578 calories. Rice was not nearly as popular, with just 501 calories. Meanwhile, Cambodia had the highest consumption of rice 1445 calories. Wheat and maize was the lowest consumption, with 18 and 103 calories respectively.
Looking at Poland, wheat was the widespread consumption with 865 calories. Rice consumption came next, with 19 calories consumed. However, Maize was not consumed. Meanwhile , in Mexico maize was the most widespread food, with 1083 calories. Rice and wheat were not as popular as maize, with just 57 and 275 calories in turn.
