As an overall trend, it can be clearly seen that wheat was the most consumed food in all countries, while maize consumption was the lowest.
As for rice consumption, Cambodia shows the highest number at 1445 calories, while Poland displays the lowest at 18 calories. Additionally, Egypt presents a significant result of 401 calories, which is approximately eight times higher than in Mexico.
In terms of wheat and maize consumption, Egypt almost outperformed every other country by reaching 1085 calories in wheat and 587 in maize. On the other hand, Cambodia illustrated nearly the worst results in both indicators, achieving only 18 and 103 calories, respectively. Finally, Mexico and Poland both revealed great levels in wheat (275 and 556 calories, respectively). However, whereas the former has the highest results in maize (103 calories), the latter demonstrates no consumption of it at all.
