Overall, there are no significant change in numbers between the years; however, in the family houshold composition, married couples household has had a decrease from 61% in 1970 to 41% in 2003. On the other hand, non family household composition, both single and room sharing, had a noticeable increase from 4% to 13% and 3% to 11% respectively.
