The table compares the number of people who visited Ashdown Museum during the year before and after refurbishment while, pie charts illustrate the level of visito satisfaction according to the data from surveys at that time.
It is clear that after refurbishment the number of visitors grew dramatically and the proportion of dissatisfaction reduced substantially.
Looking at the figures in the table, 74,000 people went to the museum before the improvement whereas, this number increased to 92,000 after that.
Turning to the pie charts, the results of the surveys show that 40% of people reported dissatisfaction during the year before it became refurbished 30% of them were satisfied. However, in the year after that, the museum was refurbished the rates of satisfied and very satisfied categories climbed up to 40% and 35% respectively. In addition, the number of visitors who expressed dissatisfaction dropped noticeably. Therefore, only 15% of people expressed that they were dissatisfied and there was a 5% reduction in the number of very dissatisfied visitors.
People who had no response stand 5% in the chart in both periods.
