Overall, Hospital C provides the most satisfied services in staff and waiting time, while Hospital A accounted for the highest shares of treatment quality and aftercare quality. Additionally, Hospital B shows the least satisfaction in all aspects.
In terms of the satisfaction in hospital staff and waiting time, hospital C clearly dominates in both categories, accounting for 92% and 82%, respectively. Hospital A accounted for 74% of staff satisfaction, while Hospital C is slightly lower, at 65%. In contrast, Hospital B made up 50% of waiting time satisfaction, while Hospital A comprise only 40%.
Concerning the quality of treatment and aftercare, Hospital A accounted for the highest proportion at 85% and 83%, respectively, followed by Hospital C, with less than 1% of satisfaction rate in both categories. Finally, Hospital B represent the lowest percentage of patients’ satisfaction in these categories, at 77% and 67%, respectively.
