Overall, all six countries use the largest amount of water for agriculture purpose. It is also noticeable that while the amount of water used for domestic in Australia is lowest, the lowest figures in the existing countries is for industry.
While Russia sees the largest figure for agriculture at 1863m³, using water for industry is lowest, at 56m³ among six countries. Water for agriculture purpose in Canada and Turkey are slight lower than Russia, at 1238m³ and 1863m³ respectively. By contrast, Canada has the largest figures for domestic and industry aims, at 279m³ and 832m³. The data for Russia and Turkey are 98m³ and 80m³ for domestic respectively and 731m³ in Turkey for industry.
The amount of agricultural water usage in the remaining countries (Australia, China and the UK) is all below 850m³, at 741m³, 806m³ and 810m³ respectively. Meanwhile, the amount of water using for industry in the UK is 398m³ compared to 276m³ in Australia and only 71m³ in China. Similarly, among three countries, the domestic water usage in Australia is highest at 341m³, while the figure for China and the UK just below 40m³.
