Overall, finance generated the most income across all categories, followed by transportation for its peak and typical pay rates. Meanwhile, construction and hospitality showed nearly identical results, whereas manufacturing earned more than both of them.
In detail, finance workers earned the highest amounts across the board, with top, lowest, and middle pay reaching £8850, £1600 and £5225 respectively. Transportation held the second position for peak and average pay, though its bottom-tier pay dropped below every other category.
It is also clear that construction and hospitality tracked closely together across all grades, registering figures of £3100, £790, and £1945 compared to £2900, £890, and £1895 respectively. Hospitality ultimately recorded the lowest peak and average figures overall. Regarding manufacturing, employees brought in higher wages than those in construction and hospitality, while also securing the highest entry-level wage at £930.
