The table illustrates the percentage number of females working at the two different jobs, namely labour force and management, in five countries.
Overall, it is evident that Japanese women had the highest proportion in labour force insted of others, while the lowest number of women was in management in Sri Lanka.
In Australia the percentage of women in both labour and management fields was at the same number, 42% and 43% respectively. In addition this kind of information can be seen from United States, where it was only 3% difference between the proportions of females.
By constast, the biggest difference was in Sri Lanka, where labour force was higher than management for 33%. Similarly, Japanese women percentage in labour force was 48%, which is the biggest among others, while Egyptian women had only 20% in it.
