The bar graph provides information on computer ownership in terms of percentage of the overall population during the timeline of year 2002 and 2010, and also level of education for two different years, that is 2002 and 2010.
The graph illustrates that computer ownership was highest in the year 2010 compared to 2002. Looking towards the double bar graph, it clearly indicates that postgraduate level qualified were the ones with highest percentage of ownership of computers.
To initiate with, the single bar graph grew gradually throughout the years from 2002 and peaked during the year of 2010. Giving attention to numerical values, it can be observed that the computer ownership was just below 60% in 2002 and reached upto nearly 80% in just 8 years of time.
Now, from the double bar graph data, it is clearly mentionable that the ownership increased averagely by 20-30% in 8 years of gap. The highest rise in percentage of owners is from the college, where the initially in 2002 there were nearly 50% of computer users which increased and reached nearly 80% in 2010, which marks around 30% of growth in term of percentage. Same can be said for the no high school diploma ones too.
