The given table illustrates the percentage of respondents, including club members and the general population, showing their perspectives about three different categories of a new theatre.
Overall, both groups showed their positive views of the theatre, with “excellent” the most common rating in every category. Club member were most positive with Quality, while public population gave the highest ratings to Information.
Looking first at the Quality with the highest positive ratings, 88% of club members gave an excellent rating, while only more than a half of general public rated it as excellent. The satisfied ratings accounted for 10% of club members, which was one-fourth of general population. Only 2% and 7% of club members and general public voted quality as poor respectively. The relatively similar result was recorded in the figure for Facilities, with 2% and 8% of club members and general public giving poor ratings. The percentages of respondents voting Facilities as satisfied took up a quarter of the overall, with 26% of club members and 24% of general public respectively. There was 72% of club members voting Facilities as excellent compared to 64% of general public.
Turning to the remaining category, Information received less negative opinions from general public compared to that from club members, with 66% and 54% of excellent ratings respectively. While 20% and 14% public respondents voted Information as satisfied and poor respectively, the proportion of club members (30%) giving satisfied ratings doubled the figure for poor ratings (16%), making it the highest negative rating receiver.
