The given tables illustrate the temperatures and the duration of daytime in two different cities from 28 December to 30 December 2018.
At first glance, it is noticeable that there was a significant contrast between the weather conditions in London and Sydney. Moreover, daylight in the former is generally shorter than the latter.
In terms of the temperature, London’s daily maximum temperature varies between 9C to 13C, while the disparity with the minimum temperature generally was 5C; however, the discrepancy on Saturday was doubled. Moreover, the temperature in Sydney gradually increased and reached a peak of 31C for the maximum and 19C for the minimum on Sunday.
The most interesting feature that emerges from the table about the length of sunlight is the fact that sunrise and sunset happened at relatively the same time every day with only a minute difference. Dawn in London usually started at 08:05, and dusk began at almost 16.00, with a total of 8 hours of daytime. In Sydney, on the other hand, the morning started approximately 3 hours earlier at 05:45 and nighttime at 20:06, which allows it to experience twice longer sunlight.
