The three pictures illustrate the location of a volcano in a small island, and the condition of a village before and after the volcano erupted.
Overall, the small village experienced tremendous changes, as the eruption was quite destructive. The volcano itself is in the center of an area surrounded by water from all sides.
In detail, the village was consisted of two different parts before the disaster. Moreover, both parts had more than 5 buildings and shaped like a circle. There were palm trees all around the village.
However, many things changed after the calamity. More than a half of the housing close to the source was demolished. Moreover, some of the residents of the other part left the island as well. Some of the trees were also destroyed by volcanic lava; however, many of them stayed healty. The volcano itself also experienced visual differences, such as height changes.
