In 2007, the car park situated on the eastern side of Hospital Road was accessible via the Ring Road and was common between staff and public.In 2010,only staff used this car park and new car park was constructed on the right side of the Ring Road for public.Even though Hospital Road was lined with bus stops,in new feature, they were replaced with a bus station on the left side of Hospital Road. Two roundabouts were built along Hospital Road and there are two entrances to the bus station.First, from City Road roundabout and second from Ring Road roundabout.
