Looking from an overall perspective, it is apparent that the largest changes involved transportation including a public car park and the construction of a nearby bus station.
The majority of the hospital underwent little changes. The roads remained largely the same though two small lanes were built off hospital road to link up the bus station and roundabouts on either side of hospital road were added. The city hospital building itself was unaltered.
The changes revolved mainly around the city hospital. In the year 2007, there was a single car park for both the public and the staff. By 2010, this car park was separated and was created into two individual car parks for the public and the staff. The small bus stops on both sides of the hospital road were replaced by a bus station.
