overall, there were four major changes appeared in 2010, while two roundabouts were constructed and bus stop was removed from the hospital road.

it is clear that there was only one car park for staff and public in 2007 but two car parks was built after three years where one was for the staff and another for a public. in addition, the bus stop was placed in the sideline of hospital road and in 2010, there was a separate bus station made in open area of western side

With regards to the remaining particulars, there was no roundabout system in the 2007 but two roundabouts were constructed as one roundabout was made in the city road at south area, connecting the hospital road and a way for bus station. Furthermore, another roundabout was placed just near the city hospital which connects the ring road, bus station, staff and public car park as well the first roundabout.
