Overall, the park has shifted from a predominantly enclosed green area to an opener, more recreation-oriented region. The key changes include the introduction of new park facilities for sports and picnic areas and the removal of enclosed walls for an opener area.
In 1980, the park was encased by four walls, one at the northwestern end and another at the southern end, with a path connecting these gates and dividing the park into two distinct zones. Coming from the southern gate, two flower beds were located on the other sides of the path. Moving to the north, there was a pond with benches around, located near the northwestern gate. On the far side of the pond to the east, a large area was filled with greenery.
Currently, the park has been enlarged, with the four walls and two gates being demolished. Two new roads, one at northen end and one at the eastern end, have been added and joint the former road. The two flower beds to the south have been cleared, making room for bushes at the southwest corner and a completely new sports area on the other side. Trees in the northeastern region have reduced in quantity to leave space for a new picnic area, featuring barbecue and picnic tables. Only the pond with benches on the west has remained unchanged for 46 years.
