The diagram illustates about the production of natural gas and their distribution to the consumers.
From overall perspective, the underground storage seems to be the primary source for delivering the gas products to customers. The Retail storage plays a crucial part in distributing the naturals compared to regional storage it has very large tankers to transport the gases to users.
At regional storage, the gas products are supplied by 40,000 litre tankers which is less than a halve by the retail storage where their delivery truck has only a capacity of 12,000 litre this makes it very complex and small amount of gases to be transported to the consumers.
At retail storage, 24,000 litre tankers are used as a intermediate transport between regional. This saves the time and ensures the products are delivered faster compared to 12,000 litre truck. The good thing about the retail is about the capacity to store the products which is really doubled the regional storage.
