Similarly, the visitors who were very satisfied at the year later refurbishment, around 35%, which was noticeable rise compare to year before refurbishment, including 15%.
On the other hand, there were dissatisfied visitors figure drop in the after it was refurbished, at 15% rather than during the year before, about at 40%. Likewise, there were dissatisfied visitors number was decreased, in the year after it was refurbished, from about 10% to 5%.
