The pie charts below illustrate the number of visitors to a museum named Ashdown during the years before and after it was refurbished. It also depicts the result of surveys indicating the satisfaction of visitors throughout the same period.
From the first table it can be seen that the number of visitors increased to 92000 during the year after refurbishment whereas it was 74000 for the year before refurbishment.
From the visitor satisfaction pie charts the respondents were found highest in the dissatisfied category and their percentage was 40 and lowest was no response. However, year after refurbishment, saw highest respondent to be satisfied while lowest one was very dissatisfied and no response.
Year before refurbishment, second highest people were found to be satisfied, however, for year after refurbishment it was very satisfied option which had 35%. Satisfied and very satisfied were given 10% and 15 % respectively by the visitor year before refurbishment. On the other hand, the number of people dissatisfied were in the range of 15% after the year of refurbishment.
