the illustrated apple pie shows the results of surveys of visitors’ satisfaction before and and after refurbishment.

according to the diagram above the number of the visitors since last year has increased from 74000 to 92000.

according to the result of satisfaction survey both from last year and today the biggests change has been in the number of very satidsfied and dissatisfied people as persentage of very satisfied visitors has become almost 2 times larger (15% to 35%). on the other hand the amont of dissatisfied people has redused by 25% (40 to 15). however the number of ssatisfied people didn’t cahnge much becasue the difference between them is as little as 10%. all through the percentage of people who didnt take part in this survey remain stable. the amount of very disatissfied people has halfed (10 to 5) as we can see from the chart.

so, the refurbishment made the musium the better place by incresing both number of visitors and percentageof satisfaction, if it continuous like that the amount of dissatisfied people can be nearly zero percent in the future.
