The two maps demonstrate the changes of Lynwich College between 2006 and now.
Overall, Lynwich College witnessed significant changes with more buildings and more pathways connecting them being added.
In 2006, there was a main path running from the second college building in the west to the library in the east across the centre of this college. In the north of the pathway, a parking lot was located on the right-hand, while an empty land planted many trees on the left. On the opposite side, there was a path perpendicular to the main path leading to the first college building and the right side of this block was the sports field and trees were planted on the left side.
To these days, the two buildings have remained unchanged in terms of area size. Meanwhile, the trees between College Building 1 and College Building 2 were chopped down and replaced by a library, which connected via sidewalk with the two blocks. Also, a bus stop was constructed in the empty land in the north and some car parks were replaced with bike storage. The library that was situated in 2006 has now been converted into a sports centre. Therefore, the area of sports field has decreased considerably. In the middle of the college land, a new cafeteria was built in a convenient location, which is attached to every part of the college side.
