The two maps illustrate the layout of Lynwich College in 2006 and at present, following a significant modernization project. Overall, the area has been significantly modernized, with new facilities such as a cafeteria, sports center, and bike storage. In addition, the paths and building layout have been redesigned for improved accessibility.

In 2006, Lynwich College had a relatively simple layout. Two main college buildings were situated in the northwest and southwest corners, connected by a straight path. A library was located in the northeast, next to a car park. A large sports field occupied the southeast area, next to one of the college buildings.

Since 2006, the college has been developed with several new facilities. A cafeteria was built between the two college buildings, and the library was relocated to the southwest. The previous library space was replaced by a sports centre. A bike storage area was added next to the car park in the northeast, and a bus stop was installed beside the top road. In addition, the paths have been redesigned into curved shapes that connect all areas. The sports field in the southeast remained unchanged
