Overall, Egypt has the highest water use for agriculture while in Saudi Arabia, the percentage of water used for domestic purposes is the lowest among the four countries. In addition, water usage for domestic purposes in four countries is lower than different purposes.
In Egypt, 82% is the proportion of water used for agriculture, which is higher than that figure for Saudi Arabia, at 64%. There is 6% of water use Saudi Arabia use for domestic and that is slight lower than figure of Egypt , at 8%. The percentage of water used for industry in Saudi Arabia is 30% , which is one-third as much as the figure for Egypt.
New Zealand’s water use for domestic is half of that Canada, with 10% and 20%. The percentage of water used for industry in Canada is 70%, which is significantly higher than figure of agriculture, at 10%. The proportion of water New Zealand uses for industry is 46% and for Agriculture is 44%.
