Dear sir,

I am writing this letter to notify you on the misfortune that took place. Firstly, I was on my way to London with my bag. I used the airplane as my means of transportation. However, when i got off the plane, i realised that i left my bag on a seat next to me. I only did recently found out once i got into the hotel.

Furthermore, the provision of the description of my bag would make it easier to spot it. My bag is a blue lather designer. It has half my neccessary documents in there and i can not risk to lose them.

Lastly, how i would want you to deal with my case is by checking your lost and found section to see if you and the company can be able to find my missing item. I would appreicate it to be notified on time regarding my item. Thank you.
