Dear sir/madam,
I am writing this letter in order to complaint about the inefficient management of the “Stary Nights” concert by renouned artist Millie Brown that took place last week at City Hall, Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
To start with, I would first like to complaint about the late commencement of the event than what was mentioned on the official website of the concert. I had to wait for almost 2 hours because of that. The second major problem was overcrowding and scarcity of the management staff. For instance, there was a long queue not only at the entrance but also in front of the bathrooms. In addition to this, the sound system was not functioning properly. The folks in the back rows were barely able to hear the music.
This poor management by your team made the whole concert a tremendously horrible experience for me. I had purchased the tickets, which were quite expensive, almost 6 months ago and i was really hoping to enjoy the concert, however , my expectations were rather met by disappointment and frustation.
Based on these grounds, I would like to request for the partial refund of my ticket price.
I really hope that you will look into this matter and provide me with the fair compensation. I look forward to hearing from you.
Thanking you.
Regards,
Arshdeep Kaur
