Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing this letter to enquire about some information of your hotel ‘ Blue Lagoon’ for a family holliday.

First and foremost, I would like to request a pickup service from the airport, as we have total 10 members. Not only this, but we would also require a vegetarian food during our stay. Also, we will stay at your hotel between the 1st of July and the 5th of July.

Furthermore, could you please provide me with some information about access for an indoor swiming pool? In addition, I would like to ask you that is spa service included in the price?

Lastly, it would be great if you could inform us about some adventure activities near by the hotel. As well as, I would also like to know about some historic places around the hotel.
