Dear manager,

I am writing this letter to inform you that i am not able to contribute for the work. I am the supervisor of the organization who keep an eye on everyone who works under my supervision. Unfortunately, i got into a motorcycle accident last night and that affects me a lot, my whole body is injured and my left arm is broken. I talked to my doctor and he suggest me to take rest for at least 6 months.

I am very depressed after this incident because i can not get back to work sooner. Moreover, there is a very talented and energetic person who works under my supervision which can handle this job very seriously, his name is izukini. I want to refer izukini because of his excellence and dedication to work.

I loved this job a lot but this time I had to take break to recover from my injuries and I hope if izukini is promoted to my designation in organization, he will not let you get your back down .
