DEAR MR. DANIELS,

GREETINGS OF THE DAY. I AM MARGARET AND I AM WRITING THIS LETTER TO ADDRESS YOUR CONCERNS ABOUT THE DISTURBANCES YOU PERCIEVE AT YOUR END IN MY APARTMENT.

AS YOU KNOW, WE RECENTLY MOVED IN AND UNFORTUNATELY, THE ONE WHO USED TO LIVE THERE DID NOT LEAVE THE FLAT IN ORDER AND IN A GOOD STATE. SO, SINCE WE ARRIVED, IT HAS BEEN ONE REPAIR AND RENOVATION WORK AFTER ANOTHER FOR THE PAST FEW WEEKS.

I WOULD LIKE TO SINCERELY APOLOGISE ON BEHALF OF MYSELF, MY FAMILY AND THE WORKERS DOING THE JOB. THISE NOISE BEING CREATED WAS NOT OUR INTENTION TO DO SO AND I HOPE YOU WILL UNDERSTAND OUR SITUATION.

THANKFULLY, ALL THAT WORK WILL BE DONE BY THE END OF THE WEEK. I WILL ALSO GO AHEAD TO ALERT THE WORKERS AND THE MAINTENANCE TEAM ON BRINGING THE NOISE DOWN AS MUCH AS THEY CAN TO A MINIMUM OF BEARABLE LEVELS.

ONCE AGAIN, I AM TRULY SORRY AND I HOPE MY APOLOGY WILL BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION BY YOU AND THE FAMILY.
