Band 6+: You rent an apartment and you are quite happy with it but you want to suggest a renovation. Write a letter about your suggestion. In your letter, you should tell: your appreciation of current condition; what is the renovation and why; what is the benefit of your suggestion.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to suggest a renovation of the apartment I am currently renting.

To begin with, I would like to express my satisfaction about the apartment in which I am living. What I like most about the apartment is that this apartment offers breakfast and coffee lounge which is not only beneficial for student residents, but also workers, as they can order take away food to their office.

Unfortunately, it would be more beneficial for renters if you could adjust the current condition of the cafeteria. This is not specious enough to hold many consumers which can sometimes be stressful if we are waiting for our meals getting served. Having it bigger is beneficial for our experience whilst waiting our meals served.

I believe that when the cafeteria is renovated into a bigger one, it can attract people to stay at the apartment, since its unique is something other apartments do not have.
