My name is Asad ullah and I am a resident of Madhav colony, near bus station, Sirohi as well as colony care representative too. The purpose of the writing this letter to draw your kind attention of the public park, which is located in our society.
Sir, The above park condition is so horrific, there is piles of rubbish are scattered here and there, here is insufficient and inadiquate of cleaning inside the park and it’s surrounding areas. The security guard often not available from his work place, and if anyone told him to perform his duty honestly, he is quarrels and roudly abuses with the other society members. The park side-wall being mostly damaged and there is no chance to protect the park from nomadic cattles, the repair work has not been done so far.
Sir, Kindly orders to your municipal supervisor to look into this matter with high priority and to penalized security guard for his unexpected behaviour and also to take suitable and necessary action against civil contractor who did not reconstruct the security wall.
Sir the park plays major role in our daily routine we do not except its misery condition.
Sir I hope you will be enforce suitable and appropriate action and give reply me as soon as possible.
