Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to you regarding an advertisment which I recently came across, about a training course of “AI and Automation” on the internet.

This aforementioned course is specifically designed for working professionals, both in terms of the content structure as well as the class’ timings.

However, I would only be able to partake in this course and successfully complete it with a liitle co-operation from you. I would require an exception from my day-job, in terms of reduction of working hours being reduced by halves for 2 weeks.

This course would not only help with productivity enhancement, but will also speed up the pace at which we spearhead the adoption of Artificial Intelligence on an enterprise-level, not to mention the plethora of tasks being automated to reduced or eliminate manual intervention.

Hence, I request you to speak to the upper management on this and take the necessary approvals. I would appericate if this could be done by the end of this week, as the course commences early next week.
