I hope you are well. I just wanted to write a quick letter to tell you about new news in the company.

As you know, our manager is leaving the company and we decided to buy a gift for him. Honestly, when I recognized that he was planning to immigrate to another country, it made me sad because he is so intelligent, kind, and loyal.

I have a perfect Idea for giving a present to him like a mug or travel mug with a special note which reminds him about us!

I attached some ideas and pictures to this message. Could you check it and send me your response?
