Dear Pat,

Recently. I came to know that you have signed up for voluntary work at a festival which is happening next month. Regarding to that i wanted to know few things about that. Firstly, I wanted to know what’s exactly festival is about and also does it representing any country festival ? Also, what are the timings for volunteer to reach at the designated location and where it will held ?

Also, I was just wondering what exactly your job duties would be at the festival ? Do the organisers going to assign work while volunteering and lastly i always wanted to start voluntary work. Could you please ask the organisers if they are still looking for more volunteers or they already hired enough and yes could you tell me how did you applied for this voluntary work ?
