Dear Pat,

How are you doing mate? I hope you are enjoying your chistmas break with your favourite hot chocolate.

Our friend Jhon told me that you are going to do voluntary work on christmas eve at some concert. I am really keen to know that what kind of concert you are volunteering at? Is it the yearly christmas concert at Bramlea city center scheduled on coming December 25?

I am really excited for you. What are the responsibilities you taking up as voluntary work at this concert. I think this would be a great oppertunity for you to learn some management skills.

I wonder, if there are more volunteers required by the organisers at the concert. Do you have any idea if there are some spots open? I believe you are the right person to ask for hep to apply for the work. I hope you would guide me to get a spot as a volunteer at the concert.
