Dear Mr.Ali,

I hope you are doing great .I’m Ms.Salma Hasan who lives in the second floor in the bulding you owe.I rented the appartment from you a year ago . I used to pay 3000 dollars monthly. it was satisfying to me enough.

However, I have noticed that the payment is increased suddenly to be 4000 $ without telling me ahead . This amount of money is agreed to be in our contract .I wonder if we can reduce the rent into 3500$. I would so grateful for you if there is chance to negotiate it .
