Dear Mr. Faris,

I am writing to nominate a crew member for the Best Employee of the Year award.

I would like to nominate Mr. Jeni nurbuana from the dackhand spellbound ptl y.t.d creys fishing Department. He has been working in our company for three years as a head dackhand.

I choose him because he is very hardworking and helpful. Last month, our company had a big problem with a new crew and he worked extra hours until 05 a.m to do it. he also helped new crew to learn the system of our boat even it is not him job. Because of him help, our boat satisfaction score increased from 85% catch to 95% this year. He always comes on time and never complains.

In my opinion, the characteristics of a good employee are on time, teamwork, and positive attitude. A good employee should be responsible, honest and willing to help other crew. Also, they should have good communication skills and always try to improve their work.

I hope you will consider Mr. Faris for this award. he really deserves it.
