The two charts illustrate the various level of education of women in someland in 1945 and 1995, expressed in percentage. Overall, there was a drastic increase in first degree holders from 1945 to 1995. Meanwhile both years had a steady rate of students in year 9, the proportion of post graduate grew rapidly.
In 1945, the percentage of adult females not schooling was 35% , which was the same as those in the third grade. Moreover, in the same year, only 15% of ladies made up the year 6 class. On the other hand, students in year 9 account for
1/10 of the total population. While year 12 and first degree had the lowest rate with 4%and 1% respectively.
In contrast to 1945, the year 1995 experienced a significant rise in the percentage of first degree holders that’s from 1% to 50%. However, there was also a rapid clim of 20% in the number of women attending year 12. Although there was no growth in the rate of people in year 9, we noticed a rise in post graduate of 20%.
