The given graph chart demonstrates the percentage of population on the internet from USA, Canada and Mexico over a ten-year period.

Overall, it is evident from the graph that both Canada and USA showed a significant rise over a given period, while Mexico steadily growed.

In 1999, a marginal percentage of people from Canada were aware of what the internet was, while approximately 10% of USA population started using it. A sudden rise occured in Canada in only a four-year period increasing from its lowest indication to a more than 50% of citizens having acces to a net, whereas the USA was facing a modest fluctuation at the same time. However a mutual growth of internet users continued in both countries over the rest 9 years reaching their peak in 2009.

The same index of Mexico population remained stable yet having a steady growing tendency in ten years, starting from a mere percentage of about 5% of users. Despite its rising trends, internet was least used by Mexican people than by people of remaining countries overall.
