Dear MR and MRS Collins,

I am writing this letter to express that I am overwhelmed with happiness that you have invited me to Chris Birthday party. Chris and I have spent our childhood together and speaking with you reminded me of old memories when we use to visit your place for spending our holidays.

I have no doubt on the fact that Chris is going to enjoy this surprise, he loves these kind of surprises and having all of his friends by his side on the special day would be cherry on the top.

As you are aware that I am currently residing in Bahrain for the last 5 years, Due to my current engagement I won’t be able to visit Australia on the occassion,Although I want to be part of his Birthday.

Myself and Chris are already planning a holiday together this summer and the discussion has been going on for quite sometime to finalize the place and we have decided to visit Austria together to view the beautiful Alps.

Lastly I really want to thank you for taking out the time and considering me worthy enough to be invited to his Birthday surprise.
